Mining Your Mom’s Kitchen Drawers!

This free art workshop offers children (or anybody else who feels young and playful)  the possibility to build an art work in an actual box. Based on and inspired by famous artists from all over the world, you will create a fun piece of mixed media art. The workshop will be coached by instructor Jeanne Krabbendam (Emily Carr University of Art and Design) and her students. They will get  you to work with paint, papers, glue, figurines and anything else that you bring to the workshop – out of your mom’s kitchen drawers – or maybe the garage…. Bring your painting clothes or some cover up; you might get a bit messy!

This is a workshop for anybody who would like to try something new. Children ages 4 and up will take the most out of this workshop.
